How
to book The Colonel's Lodge
Dates must first be arranged by telephone, email or
by completing this form.
If you would like to make a reservation I would be most
grateful if you could let me have your debit card details
(name, number, expiry date, issue number and last 3
digits of the security code on the back of the card).
You may prefer to do this by telephone on +44 (0) 28
9042 5892. Once I get these details I will be happy
to confirm the booking.
Your card will be used as a 25% part payment only and
the balance will not be charged unless you cancel the
booking and the Lodge cannot be resold. 100% is charged
if the Lodge is cancelled within 7 days of arrival or
if you don't turn up! You can pay by sterling cash,
euro cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. If paying
by card there is a 5% surcharge as that is what it costs
us.
The balance must be received 4 weeks before arrival
date.
